Shimmies and Layering 10h30 - 12h30 An exhilarating and challenging workshop, designed to be accessible to all levels, but to be indispensable to the intermediate and advanced student. This workshop, hailed for its blood pumping drills and mind-bending layering, will lead the students through a step by step approach to 4/4 shimmies, the freeze, and the techniques of layering shimmies and isolation... 2.Hip, Pow, Bang 2h - 5h pm Get more "bang" out of every move!
